Taylor Lombard LMHC, R-DMT, CIEC
Throughout life, we experience many transitions and challenges that are difficult to manage. Sometimes, we need additional support in identifying and navigating the barriers that can hold us back. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client and that we work together as a team to meet your goals, build resiliency, and overcome adversity. I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed lens to empower my clients to develop insight and bring out their inherent inner strengths. I assist my clients in bridging the gap between having a desire for change and making the change happen.
I work with college students and adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma. I specialize in supporting individuals looking to improve their relationship with food, body image, and movement. If you struggle with disordered eating or have a desire to unlearn diet culture and internalized fatphobia, I can support you.
It is okay to ask for help. We can work together to help you work toward your goals, improve your well-being, and develop invaluable skills so you feel prepared to tackle whatever challenges life throws at you.
