Life is full of changes, challenges, and moments of uncertainty. At times, we may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life we want to lead. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and find support in navigating those difficult moments. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we work together to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with college students, young adults, and adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in working with individuals that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I also specialize in supporting individuals who are working to heal their relationship with food, body image, and movement. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, exploring recovery, or unlearning harmful messages from diet culture and internalized fatphobia, I provide a nonjudgmental space to support your journey. I utilize a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating framework in my work and take an anti-diet approach.
