Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone!
Everyone's story is different, and therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Whether you're struggling with food and body image, anxiety, relationships, identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, we'll work together to understand what's going on beneath the surface and find an approach that feels right for you.

Healing Your Relationship with Food & Your Body
Eating Disorders • Disordered Eating • Body Image • Intuitive Eating • Health at Every SizeMaybe you've spent years thinking about food more than you'd like to admit. Meals feel stressful, getting dressed changes your mood, or your inner critic has become so loud that it's hard to imagine feeling comfortable in your own body. You don't have to keep measuring your worth by what you eat or what you see in the mirror.
Healing isn't about finding more willpower or another set of rules to follow. Together, we'll work toward rebuilding trust with your body, quieting the constant self-criticism, and creating a relationship with food that feels more peaceful, flexible, and freeing.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
LGBTQIA+ • Identity • Gender • Sexuality • Relationships • Affirming CareYou deserve a therapist who sees and respects every part of who you are. As a queer-identifying therapist, I know how meaningful it is to have a space where you don't have to explain or defend your identity. My goal is to create a place where you can show up honestly, knowing you'll be met with compassion, affirmation, and respect.
Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, processing family dynamics, seeking support through gender-affirming care, or simply looking for an affirming place to land, we'll work together in a space where you can feel safe being fully yourself.
Healing from Trauma & Difficult Life Experiences
Trauma • PTSD • Childhood Trauma • Relationship Trauma • Emotional AbuseSometimes the hardest part about trauma is that it doesn't stay in the past. It can shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you without you even realizing it. You may feel stuck in survival mode, struggle to trust others, or wonder why certain experiences still carry so much weight.
Healing doesn't mean pretending those experiences never happened. It means creating space to process them safely, understand how they've shaped you, and begin moving forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
Navigating Relationships & Life's Transitions
Relationships • Grief • Boundaries • Life Transitions • Self-DiscoveryLife has a way of changing when we least expect it. Maybe you're navigating a breakup, grief, changing friendships, family conflict, a new career, or simply trying to figure out who you are in this season of life. Even positive changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what's changing, and reconnect with what matters most to you. You don't need to have your next chapter planned before reaching out. We'll take it one step at a time, together.
Finding Calm in the Midst of Anxiety
Anxiety • Depression • Burnout • Stress • Perfectionism • Self-EsteemMaybe your mind never really gets a break. You replay conversations after they're over, overthink decisions, worry about disappointing people, or feel guilty anytime you slow down. From the outside, it might look like you're managing everything just fine, but inside you're running on empty.
You don't have to keep carrying that pressure alone. Therapy can help you understand where those patterns come from, develop healthier ways to cope, and create more space for confidence, balance, and self-compassion in your everyday life.
Supporting College Students & Young Adults
College Life • Young Adulthood • Identity • Independence • Major Life ChangesGrowing into adulthood can feel exciting one day and overwhelming the next. You might be adjusting to college, beginning your career, navigating relationships, learning how to live independently, or realizing life looks very different than you expected. It's okay if you don't have everything figured out yet.
Therapy gives you the opportunity to pause, make sense of where you are, and build confidence in the person you're becoming. You don't need all the answers before asking for support—you just need a place to start.

My Approach
Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a checklist.
Every person who walks through my virtual door has a different story, different strengths, and different goals. That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I take the time to get to know you, understand what matters most to you, and create an approach that feels supportive, collaborative, and personalized.
Some days we might focus on building practical coping skills. Other days we may spend time exploring patterns, processing difficult experiences, or simply making space for emotions that haven't had room to exist. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care while incorporating my training in Dance/Movement Therapy, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size® when they support your goals.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. You don't have to have all the answers, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone!
Ready to take the first step?
You don't have to commit to therapy today. Let's start with a conversation!
If you've been thinking about reaching out, I'd love to meet you. We can spend 15 minutes getting to know each other, talking about what's been bringing you here, and seeing if we're a good fit.
I currently offer virtual therapy for adults throughout Massachusetts, with openings available on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons.
