ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS 〰️
I'm so glad you're here!
Finding a therapist isn't just about credentials or specialties. It's about finding someone you feel comfortable talking to. Someone who makes you feel safe enough to be honest, ask questions, and show up exactly as you are.

I've always been drawn to understanding people and the stories that shape who we become. That curiosity led me to study psychology, but it was my own life experiences that taught me some of the most meaningful lessons about healing.
For much of my life, movement was a place of joy. I've been dancing since I was three years old, and it continues to be an important part of who I am today as both a dancer and choreographer. At the same time, I know firsthand how complicated our relationships with our bodies can become in a world that constantly tells us we should look different, eat differently, or take up less space.
Healing my own relationship with food, body image, and movement has been a deeply personal journey. It changed the way I see myself, and it continues to shape the way I support others. I know how exhausting it can be to feel like your worth is tied to your appearance or to believe that your body is something that constantly needs to be fixed. My hope is to help clients find freedom from that cycle and build a relationship with themselves rooted in compassion rather than criticism.
As a queer-identifying therapist, I also understand how important it is to have spaces where you don't have to explain or defend who you are. Everyone deserves to feel safe, affirmed, and genuinely seen. Creating that kind of space for LGBTQIA+ individuals is one of the greatest privileges of my work, whether someone is exploring their identity, navigating relationships, or seeking support through gender-affirming care.
My approach to therapy is collaborative because I don't believe there's a single "right" way to heal. Every person brings a unique story, and I believe therapy should honor that. Together, we'll find an approach that fits you, your goals, and where you are in this moment.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me dancing, building Lego sets, traveling whenever I can, or watching horror movies. Halloween is my favorite holiday, so much so that my apartment in Salem stays decorated year-round. I also love musical theater, video games, and embracing the parts of myself that I once thought were "too nerdy." Those interests remind me that healing isn't about becoming someone new…it's about giving yourself permission to be fully yourself.

I don't expect you to have everything figured out before we meet.
You don't need to know exactly what to say.
You don't need to worry about saying the "wrong" thing.
Therapy isn't about being perfect. It's about having a space where you can be honest, ask questions, process what's happening, and start understanding yourself with a little more compassion.
I see therapy as a collaborative process.
You know your life better than anyone else.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to walk alongside you, offer perspective, help you notice patterns, and support you while you create the changes that matter most to you.

Helping You Heal Your Relationship with Food, Your Body, and Yourself
We live in a world that profits from making us believe we're never enough. Diet culture, unrealistic beauty standards, and constant messages about changing our bodies can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and trapped in cycles of guilt, shame, and self-criticism.
I believe you deserve something different.
Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image struggles, or simply feeling exhausted by how much space food and your body take up in your mind, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself through compassion instead of criticism.
Using a weight-neutral, anti-diet approach grounded in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles, we'll work together to rebuild trust in your body, challenge harmful beliefs, and create a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, movement, and yourself.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
Finding a therapist where you feel truly understood shouldn't be another challenge you have to navigate.
As a queer-identifying therapist, I'm passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ individuals can show up authentically without fear of judgment or feeling like they have to educate their therapist about their experiences.
Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, processing discrimination or minority stress, seeking support through life transitions, or looking for gender-affirming assessments and documentation for medical care, my goal is to provide care that honors every part of who you are.
You deserve a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported exactly as you are.
